Eligibility

Access to certain KayaNowPath programs and paid services is limited to eligible individuals who can enter into binding contracts under applicable law. Participants must be adults under the laws of their country and must provide accurate information during registration.

Participants must be at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction, or at least 16 where local law permits, and capable of forming a binding contract.

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and not to engage in activities that infringe the rights of others, violate laws, or harm the integrity of KayaNowPath training.

Certain services may be restricted in some jurisdictions. Access to specific programs may be limited due to legal, regulatory, or logistical reasons. It is your responsibility to ensure services are available in your location.

Account terms

Some KayaNowPath features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity under your account.

You must provide current, complete, and accurate information when registering. Update information promptly to keep your account valid.

Keep your account credentials secure. Do not share passwords or allow unauthorized access. Notify us immediately of any suspected account compromise by contacting [email protected].

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly authorized in writing by KayaNowPath.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, notify us immediately. We will work to secure the account and provide guidance on next steps.

KayaNowPath may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior, subject to applicable law and notice requirements.

Service description

KayaNowPath provides training, workshops, coaching sessions, and digital resources focused on developing a wealth mindset and practical strategies for sustainable business growth. Content includes courses, live events, templates, and community access designed to improve business habits, decision-making, and leadership capacity.

We may modify, update, or discontinue features or content. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or posted on KayaNowPath.club. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

While we strive for continuous availability, service uptime may be affected by maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not promise uninterrupted access.

Rules of conduct

To maintain a respectful and productive learning environment, users must follow these rules when interacting with content and community channels.

• Respect other participants and refrain from abusive, harassing, or discriminatory language.
• Do not share fraudulent, illegal, or misleading information in courses or community areas.
• Protect confidential information and do not solicit or post other users' private data.
• Use community forums and live sessions for constructive discussion related to business growth and mindset development.
• Do not post promotional content or advertising without prior approval from KayaNowPath.
• Follow facilitator instructions during live workshops and respect scheduling and attendance guidelines.
• Report any policy violations or safety concerns to [email protected].

User content

You may be able to submit or share content when participating in programs or community spaces. You are responsible for your submissions.

You retain ownership of original content you create, but by submitting content you grant KayaNowPath a license to use it in connection with delivering services, promoting the platform, and improving offerings.

By posting content, you grant KayaNowPath a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to reproduce, distribute, and display the content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the services.

You must ensure your content does not violate third-party rights, contain illegal material, or breach these Terms. You are responsible for consequences of sharing your content.

KayaNowPath may remove or disable access to user content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Repeat violations may result in account suspension.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in KayaNowPath course materials, branding, platform code, and original content are owned by KayaNowPath or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

• Do not reproduce or distribute course materials outside permitted use.
• Do not remove proprietary notices or attempt to reverse-engineer protected content.
• Request permission for any commercial use of KayaNowPath intellectual property by contacting [email protected].

Paid services

Certain KayaNowPath programs, coaching, and premium resources are offered for a fee. Paid services are subject to these Terms and any additional program-specific terms provided at purchase.

Prices are listed in the payment currency at the time of purchase. Fees cover access to the specified program and materials for the period indicated. Taxes and transaction fees may apply according to local law.

Payments are accepted via the payment methods displayed at checkout. You authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the total amount due. All payment information is processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Some offerings are billed on a subscription basis. Subscriptions continue until canceled. You can manage or cancel subscription billing in your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellations take effect according to the subscription terms provided at purchase.

Refund eligibility is set out in the specific program terms. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and processed according to the stated refund policy. We aim to handle refund requests promptly and fairly.

KayaNowPath may cancel enrollments or subscriptions for non-payment, policy violations, or other material breaches. Users may cancel according to the instructions provided at purchase.

Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with purchases. Where required, taxes will be added at checkout based on billing information and local tax rules.

KayaNowPath may change prices for new enrollments; announced price changes will not affect fees already paid for active program terms unless otherwise stated.

Failure to pay for a service may result in suspension or termination of access until outstanding amounts are settled.

Disclaimer

KayaNowPath provides educational content intended to develop skills and mindset around wealth building and business growth. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors. Course content is for informational and educational purposes and does not constitute professional business, legal, or commitment advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KayaNowPath and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you for the applicable service during the three months prior to an incident.

Third-party services

We may integrate with third-party tools and platforms. Third-party terms apply to your use of those services. KayaNowPath is not responsible for the policies or practices of external providers.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship per the terms provided at enrollment. KayaNowPath may terminate or suspend access for breaches of these Terms or harmful conduct. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

Upon termination, access to course materials and community areas may be revoked. Outstanding fees remain payable. Provisions that by their nature survive termination will remain in effect.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using KayaNowPath services, you consent to the processing described in the Privacy Policy available at KayaNowPath.club/privacy.

Communications

By providing contact information, you agree to receive communications about your account and relevant program information. You may opt out of promotional messages as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on KayaNowPath.club and, where appropriate, communicated to affected users. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Malaysia unless otherwise required by applicable law.
